Announcement according to § 15 WpHG

IMW Immobilien AG has successfully relised the capital increase of the
Company's registered shares by using authorised capital. In total 1,266,666
new ordinary no par value shares in the comparison 12:1 at a purchase price
of EUR 5,00 per share were offered. After the offer period the non executed
subscritions rights were signed by investors in a private placement.

By this capital increase the Company's registered share capital rise from
EUR 15,200,000.00  to EUR 16,466,666.00. With the cash generated by the
capital increase the company will improve its equity structure and reduce
liabilities.
