Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius board (as of 20-04-2009, Minutes No.85)

To remove the following financial instruments from the Main List and to list
them on the Secondary List from 30-04-2009: 
Agrowill Group ORS (LT0000127466  AVG1L)     
Section 18.1.8 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius rules (discontinuance of the listing
of the financial instruments in the Main List is requested by a body authorised
by the issuer of the financial instruments).
