Turbon AG - Approval Financial Statement 2008
Turbon AG: Dividend
Dividend: At the Supervisory Board Meeting held on April 21, 2009 the
annual financial statements of Turbon AG as well as the consolidated
financial statements of the Turbon Group for the financial year 2008 were
approved. The Supervisory Board and Executive Board decided to propose a
dividend of Euro 0.25 per no-par share to the Annual Meeting of
Shareholders taking place in Hattingen on June 18, 2009. Previous year's
dividend payment of Euro 0.50 was understood in equal parts as a subsequent
payment of dividend for 2006 as well as the dividend payment for 2007. The
full Annual Report for the fiscal year 2008 can be requested from April 30,
2009 at Turbon AG (Sekretariat, Ruhrdeich 10, 45525 Hattingen). You will
