FirstFarms A/S - capital reduction - change of face value
At the extraordinary general meeting held on 11 December 2008 in FirstFarms A/S
it was adopted to reduce the share capital via a reduction of the face value of
the company's shares.
The changes will be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 29 April 2009.
