Meet the Forgiven Thief Named Dismas -- Author Don Christianson Weaves a Fascinating Fiction About the Last Christian Forgiven by Jesus Christ

ENUMCLAW, Wash., April 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Not much is known about the last Christian that Jesus Christ had forgiven before his death. Explore his fascinating story in Dismas, a fictional novel authored by Don Christianson. Follow the exciting events as they unfold in this intriguing tale.

Dismas is the name of the forgiven thief on the cross next to Christ -- the last man ever forgiven by Him. The author puts a fresh twist to this story by choosing a modern day setting. In the twentieth century, God puts Dismas back on earth to destroy the world with fire, as is foretold in the bible. However, he is not told what to do with his ability to control fire by will. This novel closely examines Dismas' hard struggle to find his purpose in life and what he should do with his power. He is finally forced into the knowledge of that purpose by the interference of the United States government and the Russian secret service. With powerful forces surrounding him, will Dismas be able to fulfill his destiny? Read the book to find out.
