according to article 21 paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act),
that via shares its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany
have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on 21st April 2009 and then amounted
to 2.898 % (2,950,162 voting rights).
