Herlev, 24 April 2009 Company Announcement No. 11/2009 Cancellation of Annual General Meeting At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, when ascertaining the due convening of the meeting the chairman of the meeting was informed by a shareholder that the meeting had not been convened via the information system of the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as required pursuant to section 73(2) of the Danish Public Companies Act. Against that background, the chairman decided that the Annual General Meeting could not be completed. The Company will convene a new Annual General Meeting as soon as possible.
