Profit allocation proposal, EUR
Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom Group for 2008, attributable to the
equity holders of the parent company of the Group, totalled 91,703 thousand EUR.
Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December 2008
attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled
154,274 thousand EUR.
The Management Board's proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay
to shareholders as dividends 92,577 thousand EUR, i.e. 0.67 EUR per share,
proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.
The residual of retained earnings totalling to 61,697 thousand EUR are to be
carried forward in the balance sheet.
