The board of Eniro has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM), on May 26, 2009, approves a rights issue where the number of shares to be issued and the subscription price will be announced by the board May 25, 2009. The scheduled record date is May 29, 2009. Provided that the AGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Eniro.
