New member of Realkredit Danmark A/S's Executive Board

Mr Jens-Erik Corvinius, head of the corporate section at Realkredit Danmark,
will join Realkredit Danmark's Executive Board on 1 June 2009. 

Mr Corvinius is 58 years old and was trained at Sparekassen Bikuben. He has
been employed at Realkredit Danmark since 1985. In 2007, he became head of the
corporate section. Mr Corvinius is also vice chairman of the real-estate agency
chain home a/s. 

As from 1 June 2009, Realkredit Danmark's Executive Board will consist of

Mr Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, CEO
Mr Jens-Erik Corvinius, head of the corporate section.
