Annual Information 2008

On 28 April 2009 the Annual General Meeting of TEO LT, AB Shareholders approved
Financial Statements, Consolidated Annual and Independent Auditor's Reports for
the year ended 31 December 2008. 

The Company also prepared Annual Report 2008 and Corporate Social
Responsibility Report 2008. 

In order to save resources and contribute to the protection of environment TEO
for the second year in a row has prepared only electronic versions of the
Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports. 

The Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports for the year 2008 as
well as Financial Statements for the year 2008 are available on the Internet at
