Registration of capital increase and merger of share classes completed

With reference to announcement no. 08.23 we are pleased to announce that the
capital increase in the nominal amount of DKK 241,626,760 and the merger of the
company's share classes have today been registered with the Danish Commerce and
Companies Agency.
