Announcement of proxies at the Annual General Meeting of Greentech Energy
Systems A/S 

Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Greentech Energy
Systems A/S hereby announces that C.C. Jørgensen, attorney-at-law, of the law
firm of C.C. Jørgensen & M. Winsløv has received proxies from shareholders
representing a nominal amount of DKK 13,585,796 shares, corresponding to 28.2%
of the share capital of Greentech Energy Systems A/S (CVR no. 36 69 69 15) to
represent such shareholders at Greentech's Annual General Meeting to be held on
18 May 2009.
