Convertible bond issue of Snaige AB will be admitted to the Debt Securities List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius

Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Board (18-05-2009, Minutes No.87)

To include these financial instruments into the Debt Securities List of the
NASDAQ OMX Vilnius on 26-05-2009 at the request of the issuer: 

name: Snaige 367-days convertible bond issue,
ISIN code: LT1000401174,
short name: SNGB000010A, 
orderbooks: SNGB000010A, ID - 66166 and SNGB000010AB, ID - 66167,
maturity date: 08-04-2010,
nominal value: EUR 100,
volume of the issue: 75 000 units,
total nominal value of the issue: EUR 7 500 000.

Please note that: 

1) In April 2009, Snaige AB failed to redeem the convertible bonds issue in the
amount of LTL 20 m. The major part of the bond holders of this issue agreed to
refinance the bonds owned by them by acquiring new convertible bonds issued on
April 6, 2009. 

2) an independent auditor refused to express his opinion on the consolidated
financial statements of Snaige AB for the year ended on December 31 of 2008.
