19 May 2009 - The Supervisory Board of OnVista AG approved the company's
financial statements 2008 in its meeting today. In light of the annual
general meeting scheduled to take place on 16 July 2009, the Management
Board and the Supervisory Board also decided on the appropriation of
profits. Accordingly, no dividend is to be distributed and the net profits
for the financial year 2008 in the amount of EUR 20,566,898.56 are instead
to be carried forward in full to the new accounting period. This way,
OnVista AG plans to further strengthen the company's capital base.

At today's meeting, Dr. Joachim Totzke was elected as the new Chairman of
the Supervisory Board of OnVista AG. The appointment is effective up to the
completion of the annual general meeting on 16 July 2009. Consequently, Mr.
Totzke takes over the office of Ramón Blanco, who had assumed the role
temporarily following the resignation of Ralf Freiherr von Ziegesar.
