informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on May 18, 2009 and now amount to 4.87% (this corresponds to
1285509 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.87% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1285509 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Akelius Apartments Ltd.
On May 19, 2009 , Akelius Apartment Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN:
A0HN5C, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 18, 2009
and now amount to 4.87% (this corresponds to 1285509 Voting Rights).
