Empire Film Group Engages Hogan Taylor, LLP for Corporate Audit


MALIBU, Calif., May 20, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Empire Film Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EFGU) (http://www.empirefilmgroup.com), has engaged Hogan Taylor, LLP, a respected accounting firm with extensive public company auditing experience, to perform an audit of all company activities for the calendar years 2007 and 2008. The audits are one of several, essential compliance requirements that will enable Empire to move the trading of its stock off the Pink Sheets and onto the more active Bulletin Board listings. The audit activities are expected to be completed within four weeks, the results of which will be publicly released to shareholders as well as through the Pink Sheets.
