Due to the merger of the exchange members Dresdner Bank AG and Commerzbank AG, the following changes of membership will take place.
Dresdner Bank AG has merged into Commerzbank AG on May 11, 2009. Following the merger, the cash membership of Dresdner Bank AG ceases to exist and all trading activities are transferred from Dresdner Bank AG to Commerzbank AG. The member identity DRS in SAXESS is transferred to Commerzbank AG. Consequently Commerzbank AG will for a limited time use the SAXESS member identities CBK and DRS.
The clearing and settlement in the VPC system will not be changed at this point.
