ENCINO, Calif., May 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Experience the death-defying life of an undercover agent -- a life only few people know exists, and even fewer get to experience. Join author Serge Demyanenko in this hair-raising yet heartwarming tale of shadowy spies and extraordinary encounters in A Madness, released through Xlibris.
Meet debonair Nick Malenko, a smart, good-looking, self-disciplined young man who is a rebel at heart. He goes to the best schools but marries a woman of color against the convention of the day. He aims to become the commander of a parachute infantry battalion in the Regular Army of the United States, a goal he exceeds in time. He is a distinguished military graduate and is commissioned in the regular army. His outstanding performance in education, training, and combat experiences as a Green Beret makes him very attractive to the U.S. intelligence community which he later joins. He enters the shadowy world of intelligence. Then his adventures begin.
Bright but not wise, he confuses sex for love and learning for wisdom. He measures his immortality by plunging from one adventure to another, from one romance after another, challenging fate in both bedrooms and battlefields. Will this whirlwind of lust and challenges make him content with life? What happens to his wife and the family he leaves behind? Read this book to find out.
Although fiction, A Madness is a novel based on true-life adventures. Action-packed and painted with romance, this remarkable book is a revelation for those carefree spirits in search of life's deeper meaning. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com.
