Notification on changes in significant holding in the Issuer's equity

JSC  „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca has received a notification from the
shareholder E.Zavadskis on changes in significant holding in the Issuer's
equity in view of the power of attorney issued to the attorney for
participation in the shareholders' meeting on 29.05.2009.
