required under the European Union's Data Protection Directive.
The Safe Harbor framework
set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce sets minimum standards for the
protection of customer data transferred between the EU and United States.
By complying with Safe Harbor Principles, Marketbright meets the strict EU
regulations with regards to the collection, use, and retention of
personally identifiable information.
