Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 21st 2009, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA ('Morgan
Stanley'), on its own behalf and on behalf of its subsidiaries, MSDW Equity
Finance Services I (Cayman) Ltd., George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
('MSDW Equity Finance Services I Ltd') and MSDW Offshore Equity Services
Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA ('MSDW Offshore Equity Services Inc.')
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG and article 24 German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following issue:
The voting interest of MSDW Equity Finance Services I Ltd. in telegate AG,
Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN: 511880, has exceeded
the threshold of 3% on May 13th 2009 and on that day amounted to 3,09% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 655,900 ordinary shares).
The voting interest of MSDW Offshore Equity Services Inc. in telegate AG
has also exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 13th 2009 and on that day
amounted to 3,09% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 655,900
ordinary shares). All voting rights (655,900 ordinary shares, corresponding
3.09% of the voting interest) are attributable to MSDW Offshore Equity
Services Inc. as holding entity of MSDW Equity Finance Services I (Cayman)
Ltd. according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 No.1 German Securities
Trading Act.
The voting interest of Morgan Stanley in telegate AG has also exceeded the
threshold of 3% on May 13th 2009 and on that day amounted to 3,09% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 655,900 ordinary shares). All voting
rights (655,900 ordinary shares, corresponding 3.09% of the voting
interest) are attributable to Morgan Stanley as holding entity of MSDW
Offshore Equity Services Inc. and MSDW Equity Finance Services I Ltd.
according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 No.1 German Securities Trading
Act.
