Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Honeychurch Assets Limited ("Honeychurch").
Honeychurch sold 660,000 shares in Thinfilm on 22 May 2009 at Oslo Axess at the prevailing market rates on the day. Following the sale, Honeychurch holds 444,500 shares corresponding to 2.03 per cent of the share capital and votes in Thinfilm. Honeychurch also holds 10,672,500 subscription rights to shares in Thinfilm as resolved by the company's Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2009.
