On May 26, 2009 , Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, U.K.
has informed us according to Article 41, Section 2 of the WpHG that  its
Voting Rights on UMS United Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493654, WKN: 549365,     on April 1, 2002 amounted
to 5.38% (this corresponds to 312,110 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 312,110 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc.

In addition, Henderson Group plc, London, U.K. has informed us on May 26,
2009 according to Article 41, Section 2 of the WpHG that  its Voting Rights
on UMS United Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005493654, WKN: 549365,     on April 1, 2002 amounted to 5.38% (this
corresponds to 312,110 Voting Rights).
