Wessling, May 28, 2009 - Today, the board of administration of Mensch und
Maschine Software SE resolved to acquire via the stock exchange up to
1,350,000 shares of Mensch und Maschine Software SE. The purchase price
must not exceed the average closing price (XETRA-trading) regarding shares
with equal terms at Frankfurt Stock Exchange during the five stock trading
days directly preceding the acquisition of the shares by more than 10%, and
not fall below such average closing price by more than 20%.
