Securities Trading Act) that on May 26, 2009, their voting rights on SKW
Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013), Unterneukirchen
(Germany), fell below the 3% threshold and amounted to 2.85% (126,234
voting rights) effective that day.

Thereof, 0.93% (41,297 voting rights) are held directly, and pursuant to §
