Islands, informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that the
voting interest of Kairos Funds Ltd. in telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN: 511880, has fallen below the threshold of
3% on May 27,  2009. On that day, the voting interest of Kairos Fund Ltd.
amounts to 2,957% (this corresponds to 627,989 ordinary shares).
