Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 28, 2009 , Investec Asset Management Ltd., London, United Kingdom
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE000VTG9999, WKN: VTG999, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on June 28, 2007  and now amount to 4.49% (this corresponds to
961280 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.49% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 961280 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
