On 29 May 2009, the Supervisory Board of AS Silvano Fashion Group (hereinafter SFG) resolved to recall the current members of the Management Board Mr. Dmitry Podolinski and Mr. Peeter Larin and appoint Mr. Norberto Rodriguez as the new member of the Management Board of SFG. Changes in the Management Board form a part of a complex of measures aimed at adjusting SFG's organizational structure to the changing market conditions. Mr. Larin will continue to be involved with PTA Grupp AS (SFG's subsidiary engaged in producing and marketing of women's apparel), while Mr. Podolinski is resigning to pursue other activities. Mr. Rodriguez joined the SFG's team as a Chief Logistics Officer in October 2007. His main responsibilities include but are not limited to the development and implementation of the corporate strategy in logistics. Currently Mr. Rodrigues serves as a Deputy General Director at Milavitsa being responsible for logistics, IT, quality management and business processes. Mr. Rodrigues graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in 1990 and from The Academy of National Economy in association with the Government of the Russian Federation in 2004. During the past 12 years he has been working in Rostik Group (Rostik Group incorporates Rosinter Restaurants Holding (network of casual dining restaurants mainly under the following brands: Il Patio, PlanetaSushi, American Bar & Grill, Sibirskaya Korona, T.G.I. Friday's, Beninhana, Moka Loka and 1-2-3 Café) and ROSTIK'S-KFC, a fast-food restaurant chain) as a Head of Logistics Department and the General Manager of a subsidiary (production, warehousing). In 2006-2007 he was employed as a Logistics Director at Corrado Group (Corrado Group is a distributor of fruit-and-vegetable preservatives, marketing La Corra™, Corrado ™ and Vilanta™ brands on the Russian market).
