CORRECTION: About new members of the board of JSC

Correction: full list of members of the Board added

On friday, May 29 2009, the Valmieras stikla šķiedra supervisory concil
reelected its board members, which will include Dainis Senbergs and Stefan
Jugel. S. Jugel will replace Armin Zieschank, but D. Senbergs will replace
Imants Saulitis. 

D. Senbergs on 31.12.2008 has 3070 shares of JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra"
that bear the right to vote. S. Jugel has got no shares of JSC "Valmieras
stikla šķiedra" that bear the right to vote. 

In AS "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" board works also Andris Oskars Brutans, Andre
Heinz Schwiontek, Wilfried Queißer, Karl Heinz Will un Friedhelm Schwender.
