Major shareholder information from 15. Juni Fonden
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Rockwool
International A/S hereby announces that it has received information that 15.
Juni Fonden (the Foundation of 15 June), CVR-nr. 15232102, in its capacity as
the universal successor in the estate of Gerda Elisabeth Kähler has become the
owner of 1,532,818 A shares of DKK 10 nominal value and 794,072 B shares of DKK
10 nominal value in Rockwool International A/S equivalent to 10.59% of the
share capital and 11.55% of the voting rights.
The estate left by the deceased Gerda Elisabeth Kähler hereafter does not hold
any shares in Rockwool International A/S.
The purpose of the foundation is to be of benefit to the Danish society by - as
determined by the trustees of the foundation:
a) supporting art and cultural initiatives;
b) supporting research and education;
c) supporting humanitarian and social initiatives;
d) contributing to safeguarding Danish natural heritage and Danish flora and
fauna;
e) contributing to maintaining a fair balance in Denmark between hunting
interests on the one side and considerations for wildlife on the other side,
with due regard to both parties.
