NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - Randall Grimmett, Senior Vice President,
Domestic Membership of the American Society of Composers, Authors and
Publishers (ASCAP) announced today that Nicole George will assume
additional responsibilities within the Membership Group. Effective
immediately, she becomes Assistant Vice President, Rhythm and Soul and adds
the oversight and daily operational management of ASCAP's Rhythm and Soul
Membership department on a worldwide basis. George will continue with her
current responsibilities in Business Affairs and run the day-to-day
operations of the New York Membership office.
