About the Author
Music, art, and writing abilities abound on both sides of Kathi's Scots-Irish and German family lineage. Her grandmother, Frances Carter Perham, was a poet and her distant cousin Lemuel Perham's poetry was published in "The Poets of Maine." Kathi's writing took precedence over her art work and her writing has appeared in various Minnesota publications and National anthologies. She is a "heart" poet who expresses the muse's dictation as it flows through her heart and soul, and believes that whatever joy, truth, and beauty revealed comes from her Creator. She is a mother of three and currently lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her Calico cat, Phoenix.
