pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 5 June 2009, that on 29 May 2009 the share
of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007289001 went above the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 10.788%
