If in Norway invests in ReadSofts latest solution for document handling

The insurance company If in Norway, like it's fellow subsidiary in
Finland, has chosen to invest in the product CLASSIFY, by ReadSoft,
in order to automate the handling of 2.5 million documents annually.
In addition to cost savings, the investment also gives the company
the ability to provide even more efficient service to its customers.

Part of the Sampo Plc. finance group, If is Scandinavia's leading
liability insurance company with approximately 3.6 million customers
in Scandinavia and the Baltic states. The company has 6,900 employees
and its gross revenue in 2008 was just over SEK 39 billion.

"Our aim with this investment is to be able to handle more damage
claims without needing to increase our staff numbers," says Harald
Thunem Manager for "Kontorsservice" at If in Norway. We have already
had positive experience with ReadSoft's solutions and are confident
that this investment will allow us to provide our customers with even
better service."

For several years, If in Norway has been using automatic data capture
for its electronic archive solutions, together with ReadSoft's
solution for handling forms. Since the company receives a large
amount of letters and other unstructured documents that accompany
damage claims, interest in ReadSoft's new solution was strong.
CLASSIFY, as the name suggests, makes it possible to classify all
types of incoming documents and automatically capture data found on
them. This information is then transferred to an electronic work flow
or archive system.

"If is an important global reference for us because they have chosen
to lie in the forefront and were ready to embrace new, more effective
technology early on." says ReadSoft's CEO Jan Andersson. "Their
choosing to invest in our latest technology should be seen as
acknowledgement of the hard work we've done throughout Scandinavia in
recent years."

ReadSoft plans to start implementation immediately and counts on the
solution being up and running before the end of summer.
