Notification on APB Apranga managers' transactions

APB Apranga has received notifications from the chairman of the board Darius
Mockus and to him closely related legal entity UAB Minvista, member of the
board Raimondas Kurlianskis and to him closely related legal entity UAB MG
Baltic Investment, from the member of the board and general manager Rimantas
Perveneckas, from the member of the bard Ilona Simkuniene and her spouse
Mindaugas Simkunas on the transactions in issuer's securities (see
attachments). These transactions were concluded by subscription to the shares
of the new issue of LTL 20 million.
