The issuer's ultimate parent company, the Icelandic-based Landic Property hf
(parent company of Landic Property Group) has today published an announcement
to the Icelandic Stock Exchange.
The following Danish subsidiaries within Landic Property hf
- Landic Property A/S
- Keops Development A/S and
- Landic Investment A/S
has today filed for bankruptcy at the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial court
on what basis the court has declared the three companies bankrupt.
The declared bankruptcy does not include Issuer or Issuers' only shareholders
Keops Properties A/S and Keops Properties II A/S.
