Cyalume Technologies, Inc. Announces Hiring of Retired Colonel Bruno Duhesme As Government and Military Sales Director - Europe


WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass., June 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyalume Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CYLU) today announced Colonel Bruno Duhesme has joined its French subsidiary, Cyalume SA, as its European Government and Military Sales Director. Colonel Duhesme, who recently retired from the French Army after nearly 29 years of active service, had a distinguished career leading the planning, staffing, budgeting, and operations of organizations throughout France and abroad. Expert in both U.S. Army and French Army doctrines, he most recently served at the French Army Doctrine Center in Paris as the head of the C2 and CIS office. During his military career, Colonel Duhesme assumed commands at each level from platoon to regiment. Prior to his assignment in Paris, he served as the French Liaison Officer to the U.S. Army Armor Center in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Duhesme, a decorated military veteran, was awarded the Legion of Honor, Overseas Service Medal, National Defense Medal, Overseas Combat Operations Medal, United Nations Medal (UNPROFOR Ribbon) and the NATO Medal. He is a graduate of the Military Academy of Saint Cyr, and attended various military colleges, including the French Army General Staff College and Joint Defense Staff College.
