API Settlement Agreement


SPOKANE, Wash., June 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ambassador Programs, Inc. announced today, that on June 17, 2009, its parent company, Ambassadors Group, Inc. ("AGI"), and the plaintiffs settled all claims, matters and disputes pursuant to the lawsuit filed by Allen Hill and Sheryl Hill. The settlement agreement executed by all parties provides that the terms of the settlement are confidential. However, AGI believes that the terms of the settlement, whether viewed individually or in the aggregate, do not and will not have a material adverse effect on the Company.
