LAS VEGAS, June 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Salamon Group Inc. (OTCBB:SLMU), a leading designer of next generation electronic products and systems, provides this update on one of its wireless power patent pending technologies in response to stakeholder enquiries sparked by a recent article.
The article was part of a regular column entitled, "The Working Guy," written by Christopher Null. The article describes how a major cell phone company is working on a system that will pull ambient electricity out of the air from radio waves, which in turn, can slowly charge a cell phone.
Salamon's technology (patent pending) relies on what the article calls "traditional" wireless power. It uses a receiver to catch electric currents to a battery to run a power inverter.
