Landic Property Bonds VI (Sverige) A/S - Company Statement
Non-payment of bond interest
The company hereby announces that the interest payment on bonds issued by the
company will not be paid on the Settlement Date 5 July 2009.
This announcement affects the following bond issue:
ISIN: DK0030005400 Nominal Amount (DKK) 60.000.000
ISIN: DK0030005590 Nominal Amount (DKK) 263.000.000
As announced in Notice to the Stock Exchange No. 38, published on 4 June 2009,
the company's senior lender has served a notice of default on the company and
subsidiaries with reference to the senior loan agreement claiming that the
company and subsidiaries are not in compliance with the Loan To Value covenant
(The value of the real estate portfolio compared to the debt on the outstanding
senior bank loan).
As a result, the senior lender has declined the release of sufficient funds
from the bank accounts of the company and subsidiaries to meet the payment of
the bond interest on the Settlement Date.
The Company is in ongoing dialogue with the senior lender in order to find a
solution.
Furthermore, the Company will in co-operation with The Bond Bank and the
Special Servicer handle the mandatory steps, in relation to the bond holders,
in accordance with the provisions in the Prospectus.
If the non-payment of the bond interest exists beyond 8 days after the
Settlement Date then The Bond Bank is obligated to call for a Bond Owners'
Meeting with a notice of not less than 8 days.
