Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to rights issue in Sevan Marine ASA

Due to the Rights Issue in Sevan Marine ASA, 30 000 000 shares at a rate of NOK 8, SEVAN will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the ex-day June 29, 2009 the number of shares for SEVAN (NO0010187032) in VINX Benchmark Index will be increased to 250 153 529 shares.

Due to the late information from the company the morning weight reports for June 29 has been regenerated.
