Ruling granting Ambu's motion for summary judgment of non-infringement in the LMA versus Ambu litigation in the USA

In the US lawsuit filed by LMA in October of 2007 Ambu has received a ruling
from United States District Court Southern District of California of
non-infringement on the 3 product families AuraOnce, Aura40 and AuraStraight.
These 3 product families account for a significant amount of the potential
liable turnover in the lawsuit.

What is left in the lawsuit now is the alleged infringement on one product
family AuraFlex with an insignificant potential liable turnover and the
counterclaims for false advertising and unfair competition that Ambu filed
against LMA August 25 2008.

A ruling on the outstanding issues, Auraflex and Ambu's counterclaim for unfair
advertising, is scheduled to start on December 7 2009.
