LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ as issuer of bonds with ISIN-code
EE3300074806 hereby notifies that the share (100% of the share capital) of LHV
Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ has been transferred from AS LHV Pank to AS LHV
Group based on prior consents of the bond investors and pursuant to the
purchase contract of 30 June 2009.   
AS LHV Group is the parent undertaking in a group of undertakings to which AS
LHV Pank, AS LHV Varahaldus and LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ belong.
