TIBCO Teams With HP to Expand SOA Lifecycle Governance Offering
New Addition to TIBCO's SOA Line-Up Offers the Potential to Increase ROI by More Than 300%

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - July 9, 2009) - TIBCO Software (NASDAQ : TIBX ) today announced
it is expanding its SOA governance solution to include support for HP SOA
Systinet lifecycle governance software for enterprise customers.
TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Policy Manager and TIBCO ActiveMatrix® Service
Performance Manager combined with HP SOA Systinet are designed to reduce
risk and complexity around the common challenges associated with adopting
SOA including identifying and defining appropriate services, managing the
lifecycle of service assets, and measuring effectiveness.
