Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005220909, WKN: 522090, have exceeded the 10% limit
of the Voting Rights on July 09, 2009  and now amount to 11.61% (this
corresponds to 1603000 Voting Rights).
