About acquisition of essential participation in share

JSC Olainfarm hereby informs that it has received a notification from „HB-19
Investments” about acquicition of essential participation in the share capital
of JSC „Olainfarm”. According to the notification „HB-19 Investments” has
obtained 26.2% of share capital of Olainfarm.  Copy of the notification in
enclosed.
