Announcement from the shareholders Keops Properties A/S and Keops Properties II A/S have filed for temporary suspension of payments The Board of Directors of Keops Propeties A/S, the owner of 80 per cent of the shares in Issuer, and Keops Properties II A/S, the owner of 20 per cent of the shares in Issuer, have filed for temporary suspension of payments at the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial court. The filing for a temporary suspension of payments is done to protect the interests of all creditors and stakeholders whilst the ongoing restructuring of the Landic Property group. Lawyer Troels Tuxen of the law firm of Bech-Bruun, lawyer Søren Aaman Jensen of the law firm of Kromann Reumert and lawyer Michael Ziegler of the law firm of Plesner, who all are appointed as trustees in the Danish mother company Landic Property A/S in bankruptcy, are expected to be appointed supervisors during the temporary suspension of payments. Issuer is not included in the suspension of payment, and the board expects, that the suspension of payments will not affect the business of Issuer or Issuers' Swedish subsidiaries. There is an ongoing restructuring concerning Issuer including a sale of the shares in Issuer. The trustees in Landic Property A/S in bankruptcy have given their consent to this restructuring and the filings for suspension are not expected to block or in any other ways postpone the restructuring.
