Announcement from the shareholders Keops Properties A/S has filed for temporary suspension of payments The Board of Directors of Keops Propeties A/S, the owner of all shares in Issuer has filed for temporary suspension of payments at the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial court. The filing for a temporary suspension of payments is done to protect the interests of all creditors and stakeholders whilst the ongoing restructuring of the Landic Property group. Lawyer Troels Tuxen of the law firm of Bech-Bruun, lawyer Søren Aaman Jensen of the law firm of Kromann Reumert and lawyer Michael Ziegler of the law firm of Plesner, who all are appointed as trustees in the Danish mother company Landic Property A/S in bankruptcy, are expected to be appointed supervisors during the temporary suspension of payments. Issuer is not included in the suspension of payment, and the board expects, that the suspension of payments will not affect the business of Issuer or Issuers' Danish subsidiaries.
