Originally the LeRoy Historical Society, the JELL-O Museum was officially formed in 1997 as its own venue due to an endowment from the JELL-O brand. It is a historical attraction presented by the LeRoy Historical Society, Inc. and operates as a member-supported not-for-profit organization.
